Tampa Bay (6-3) at Carolina (3-6) is a must-win for our Bucs because they cannot afford a losing streak to throw their progression off!
I’ll call the Saints game an anomaly for now. Yes, it hurt, and yes, it was hard to watch, and no true fan enjoyed it.
Some in our fanbase need to stop freaking out when we lose. I’ve watched the NFL since 1976, and even eventual Super Bowl Champions lost games before hoisting the Lombardi Trophy.
My keys to Victory are simple, pressure the quarterback and get first downs!
Our defense works best when pressure is applied! The push takes away the pressure our cover guys feel. Force quick throws Hopefully giving our defense interceptions.
On the offensive side of things, we need to concentrate on moving the chains! Call routes that are purposeful in getting first downs, I love the deep ball, but at times we do it in the wrong moment or on the incorrect down.
Along with the key points, it should be noted that decreasing penalties is always a plus and will keep drives alive as opposed to killing them!
I think we’re okay. Look how the Packers rebounded after we pounded them into submission! Stop freaking out and support this team and enjoy being (6-3). It’s been a long time since we’ve been relevant!
As always, Go Bucs!
