Manufacturing homebound fun.
During these trying – toilet paperless – days, it seems everyone who’s stuck at home is finding ways to stay occupied. For some, it’s stealing the neighbor’s newspaper before daylight to cut up into bathroom square, for the G.O.A.T., it’s watching Super-Bowl LI, again. You know the one. The Patriots were down by 25 points, and it wasn’t looking good for the boys from Massachusetts. Even down by that much, it lingered in the back of my mind that if there could possibly be a comeback, Brady would be the one to pull it off.
The come-back you could feel coming.
Of course, that’s exactly what he and the rest of his teammates, in fact, did pull off. Never before in a Super-Bowl game had a team come from that far down. Never before had one been decided in overtime, until number fifty-one. Brady engineered what hadn’t been done before in 50 matchups. In the end, it was really no surprise. After all, this was Tom Brady’s Patriots. We have all seen Brady take over a game, and march his team down the field numerous times for the win. Why should this game have been any different? It wasn’t!
Brady pokes a little fun at the eventual loser
So Brady’s got some time on his hands, at this point, I feel compelled to say that I bet he’s got plenty of toilet paper as well. Forgive me if I sound bitter, but I digress, let me snatch this thing back onto the road. So he’s got this time on his hands, and I guess he wanted to relive that historic and heroic overtime come-back win. Brady, while watching the replay, posted several pictures on Instagram, with some fun captions. It’s apparent he was in a light-hearted, playful mood. It’s nice to see that our new man behind center has a sense of humor, albeit at the Falcon’s expense. That’s right up our alley Tom. You’re going to fit in just fine around here. Go Bucs!!
