Leftwich/Arians: Who needs to be calling the plays?

Opinion Editorial: First thing first Mr. Leftwich, why are you running a game-plan that has “The King of Turnovers” Jameis Winston throwing the ball 51 times and only calling 6 running plays. SIX!!!!! Mr. Arians, why are you allowing such crap? I know it’s going to be embarrassing, but you’re going to have to take the helm at calling plays, Byron Leftwich sucks.
I get it, it’s the first year doing it, BLAH!!!! BLAH!!!! BLAH!!!! This guy every week puts together a game plan that has this team at such a stalemate. Yes, we may be Top-10 in certain offensive categories, but if you’re consistently-inconsistent than you’re not going to do a damn thing. In my opinion:
If we tag Jameis Winston and give him another year, Bruce Arians needs to call plays. Byron Leftwich can still be the offensive coordinator, but he can help work with Jameis Winston because he has improved in under-the-radar areas, but his turnovers are continuing to make history.
One thing I’m truly questioning is why Breshad Perriman is on the field to even get a chance to drop a ball?
With Scotty Miller’s game starting to improve, why is Breshad Perriman even on the field during a pass play? In 2019, he has 10 receptions for 95 yards and 1 TD. Yes, the 10 catches for 95 yards equals 9.5 yards per reception, but what stats you should be looking at is how many times Winston decided to throw to him. (31 times). He has dropped touchdown passes, first downs, deep passes, pretty much everything. I am baffled how the statistics say Perriman hasn’t dropped a single pass this year. Are they watching the same games that we are?
I am perplexed as to how he hasn’t caught the pink slip, but now I understand why he was so low on the depth chart during his time in Cleveland. He is a speedster, but with hands of stone!!!
As for the rest of the season, I just hope we can somehow figure out what the next move is because this is ridiculous. As for Mr. Leftwich, you remind me of your playing days; numbers with no results.
