It’s on you Jameis!

Regardless of how you may feel about Jameis Winston, he is getting paid over $20 Million this season. If all goes well, he may get paid over that number for some time. If things flop who should the Bucs look at to bring in to replace him and take over under center.

If Winston plays well this season, you can see a contract in the ballpark of 5 years $120 Million with $45 million guaranteed. Also could look at a shorter contract in the range of maybe 3 years $70 Million fully guaranteed.

Now, if Winston doesn’t show any improvement, it would be time for the Buccaneers to either give him a smaller contract and see if he can earn it back or they can just drop him like a bad habit.

Bucs could look to bring in a QB’s that has some NFL experience like Jacoby Brissett and EJ Manuel. Also could look at the Draft for next season or the 2020 Draft.
