Bucs Need Leadership

It’s a new season now, and 2018 is in the past, but one thing remains constant; for better or for worse this is still Jameis Winston’s team. Whether you like him or not he is this teams QB and captain. It’s time for him to start leading by example.

Forget about last year, as a matter of fact, forget everything. Tampa has a new regime and a new team. Sure Winston did not have a great season last year, but he came on strong at the end.

Head Coach Bruce Arians has said that Winston is his QB, so for the near future this is Winston’s team and whether we dominate the competition next year or fall flat on our face, it will be Winston that leads us there. Winston has the tools to be great, and this could be his last year to prove it.
