The Buccaneers are in the mix for free agent defensive Markus Golden. Tampa will run a 3-4 defensive scheme as the Giants already does, and it seems that Markus Golden prefers that style of defense.
Golden appeared in 46 games during his five seasons in the NFL, starting in 24, recording 6 forced fumbles, 1 fumble recovered, 19 sacks, 122 tackles, and 42 hits on the quarterback.
