I’ve been writing about how much I admire Coach Bruce Arians, and it seems he continually affirms everything I believe about him!
His preparation is on a higher level than Bucs fans are used to.
Hiring former official Larry Rose as an instant replay assistant for the team is really a great idea! Considering Tampa has been plagued by challenge losses dating back to Jon Gruden. It almost seems like the NFL is out to get Tampa. However, having someone who knows the NFL rulebook and is trained in how to interpret the rules or new rules is a priceless commodity!
Bruce Arians has announced that he has hired Larry Rose. Rose had been a Side judge for the NFL from 1999 – 2013, so he definitely knows a thing or two about the rules and will help guide the hand that holds the challenge flag.

A lot of Bucs fans have been perturbed by some of the moves Tampa has been making in the last couple of months, but I say to you, “Bucs fans be patient.” You should give this new coaching staff time to work. Arians had learned from the best; Bear Bryant and Chuck Noll. Great things are coming! Have faith and trust in the process. Go Bucs!
