The Buccaneers have announced that they have designated cornerback Carlton Davis to return from the Injured Reserve. He now begins his 21-day window to return.
Davis suffered a Quad Strain while playing on the special teams during Week 4 against the Patriots. The veteran cornerback could play as soon as next week against the Indianapolis Colts.
The Buccaneers recently activated Sean Murphy-Bunting from the Injured Reserve and he instantly helped the team to victory last week against the New York Giants. Sherman and Robison still remain on the Injured Reserve list.
