Bruce Arians Optimistic That Veteran Pass Rusher Will Play

JPP hadn’t practiced this week due to injury, but Head Coach Bruce Arians has high hopes for the veteran to still be out on the field playing today. Pierre-Paul missed the Rams and Patriots games due to injury but found the strength to play against the Dolphins and Eagles.

Rookie linebacker Joe Tryon-Shoyinka is still a very capable rookie, as he’s proven thus far in the season, but having the seasoned veteran bringing such a high level of emotion to the field is a boost to the pass rush. JPP’s mere presence is a morale booster.

#Bucs LB Jason Pierre-Paul (shoulder, hand) didn’t practice at all this week, but coach Bruce Arians said he still has a chance to play. Source added there is optimism that he goes.
