Jamel Dean knee injury is not serious
1 min readCornerback Jamel Dean suffered a knee injury against the Rams this past Sunday. An MRI was conducted, but as of Monday, there was no answer as to what the results were. According to multiple sources, the injury is not serious but could linger for a while, which results in Dean being doubtful for Week 4.
The Buccaneers are hosting Richard Sherman for a visit, which could indicate that Dean could miss some time. Losing Dean for an extended period of time would strike a significant blow to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense that has already lost Sean Murphy-Bunting to the Injury Reserve list. The team has been bitten early by the injury bug as JPP, Giovani Bernard, Jaydon Mickens, Rob Gronkowski, and Scotty Miller have all fell victim to the pest.
