According to Greg Auman of The Athletic, K Jose Borregales has cleared waivers and is signing with the Buccaneers practice squad. This signing has the Buccaneers at 16 members on the practice squad which means it’s full.
Borregales was with the Buccaneers during training camp and was waived yesterday when DL Ndamukong Suh was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Expect Borregales to get protected like K Greg Joseph last season in case something were to happen to Ryan Succop during the season.
