Minicamps are in full swing, and rookies are taking advantage of the opportunity!

Whether you like the pick or not, stop fighting over it and accept the fact that QB Kyle Trask is on the roster!

Head Coach Bruce Arians is liking what he’s seen so far!

“I thought he was great! I thought he was fantastic! He’s got three guys coaching the s**t out of him on each play, so they need to calm down and let him go. I’m pleased at where he’s at right now.” – Bruce Arians said during his post-camp press conference on Saturday.

I think it was a great move to draft a young possible future replacement for Tom Brady! What could be better than bringing up a good QB from college and grooming him like the NFL used to do?

If Trask is coachable and doesn’t let pride get in his way, he could become great!

Work hard, prepare, be ready if needed (please don’t be needed!), and take everything in from your opportunity and glean from the BEST quarterback in NFL history, and the sky is the limit.

Nowadays, too many teams feel the need to throw these young athletic players into the fire. It’s too soon for most, and being groomed is definitely a list practice in today’s game.

High expectations, yes. But Bucs fans, football isn’t an easy game, and if we set the bar too high, we could be set up for disappointment!
Expect victory but leave room for growth!

As always, Go Bucs!
