No matter how obvious some information is, it will always surprise someone!
From the Earth being a sphere to teams vastly overpaying for a QB that isn’t vastly different to what they already have; someone somewhere will either not be expecting that, or will even dispute a proven fact. This piece of information isn’t going to shock even the most diehard conspiracy theorists.
In the two-week-period prior to a Super Bowl, merchandise bearing the name of Buccaneers QB Tom Brady is far outselling the next best player. In fact, Brady’s replica Bucs jersey has sold more than any other player, ever! Setting a new record with replica and merchandise retailer, Fanatics, which saw Brady branded merchandise more than double from last year when he featured in the AFC Championship Game.
What might be slightly unexpected is that, while the New England area is certainly contributing, the majority of these sales are being made to fans in the local community. For a “small market” to set a sales record for sales prior to a Super Bowl is inspiring for what this community can do.
