As we watch the greatest sports spectacle take place on Sunday, let’s delve into what it feels like to be a Buccaneers fan.

This is it! This is the game! This is why we love the NFL! This isn’t normal for us Bucs fans. This isn’t going to be a normal week as the days dwindle to kick-off Sunday. This isn’t going to be just another game. This game will make us bite our fingernails, pace around more so, make us antsy. Will we even be able to sleep at all on Saturday night? Will we even be able to eat on Sunday as we countdown the hours, minutes, seconds to kick-off?

Right now, this is the biggest game in Bucs history! Right now is the time for all Bucs fans to pray to our beloved Bucs Hall of Famer in heaven Lee Roy Selmon to look down on Raymond James Stadium and do what he can to help tilt the Football Gods in our favor. Right now, we need to alleviate any negativity that our Bucs won’t win on Sunday. Right now, we need to rise up, seize the day, fire the cannons, and root our beloved Bucs to victory!

Not being selfish. Not being a homer. Just being a Bucs fan.

I want this game! I want another Super Bowl title for Tampa Bay. I want to see two Lombardi Trophies at One Buc Place. I want this to be a good competitive game. I want it to be one of the best Super Bowls in history. I want it to be a Bucs beating the defending Super Bowl Champion Chiefs.

I can’t wait to watch!
