The Tampa Bay Buccaneers traveled out to Las Vegas and put the smackdown on Jon Gruden and the Raiders 45-20, which is ties the beat down in Philadelphia in 2015 for the 6th most point scored in a single game in Bucs history. Tom Brady personally recorded 30 of those 45 points, and he made history while doing so. Brady passed for 369 yards, no interceptions, four passing touchdowns, and one touchdown on the ground.
Brady also connected with tight end Rob Gronkowski for the pairs’ 92nd touchdown, which ties Steve Young and Jerry Rice for the second-most touchdowns by quarterback and receiver pairing in history. The duo will need 22 more touchdowns to tie for first place with Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison (114).
In addition, Brady’s 369 yards passing on Sunday marked his 94th career game with at least 300 yards passing. Sunday’s passing yards place him in second place behind Drew Brees’ 122 games for the most games with at least 300 yards passing in NFL history.
Although Brees is still in first place for the most games with at least 300 yards passing, Brady surpassed Bree on Sunday by throwing his 559th career touchdown pass, which makes him number one in NFL history.
