Tom Brady had been renting Derek Jeter’s Tampa Bay home; however, the former Baseball Star is looking to sell the home for a whopping $29 million. According to TMZ Sports, Tom Brady is honing in on a waterfront estate in the Bay Area.

In the near future, Brady will become the owner of a large 5-bedroom home in Clearwater, Florida.

The home was custom-built in 2015 and is located in a Clearwater gated community, has 5 full baths, 3 and a half baths, a private gym, a theater, an elevator, and a billiard room located within the homes 8,548 square feet. For some, that may be looked at as overkill, but to one such as Tom Brady, it’s small things to a giant.
