SMB’s Time To Shine

Now that Sean Murphy-Bunting has been allowed to play more often, he’s starting to prove himself, show what he can do and that he can be a real contributor on this team.

There is still time to tell if SMB was worth a second-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, but he is well on his way. Sean Murphy-Bunting is currently tied for the lead when it comes to interceptions for all rookies, not just cornerbacks.

Take that, Greedy Williams. SMB has a future in the Bucs’ secondary. He’s a young, tall, long, athletic, fast corner with solid vertical, good hands, and he knows how to cover well. I’m happy for the kid.
