Chris Wesseling of NFL.com released the defensive All-Rookie Team, and low-and-behold, the Bucs 1st and 2nd round selections, Devin White and Sean Murphy-Bunting, found their way on the list.
White, who missed time due to knee injury, has recorded 66 tackles since his Week 6 return (the most by any rookie). White has 74 tackles, 2.5 sacks, 1 interception, 3 forced fumbles, 1 fumble recovery, and 1 defensive touchdown in 10 games.
Murphy-Bunting is a surprise as he showed issues early on, but has shown massive improvement throughout the season. The second-round pick from Central Michigan has 30 tackles, 6 pass deflections, 2 interceptions in 12 games.
From everyone here at Bucs Life Media, we want to congratulate the 2 on their accolade.
