The Buccaneers fill final practice squad spot with Tight End
1 min read
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have filled their final practice squad opening with the re-signing of TE Jordan Leggett.
Leggett was claimed by Tampa of waivers from the Jets back in late May and showed some promising attributes.
He received 3 passes, during the preseason for 39 yards with a long of 22 that went in for a touchdown against the Browns. In the 3rd quarter against the Browns this preseason, Ryan Griffin found himself under pressure on 3rd and 2 but found a wide-open Jordan Leggett who took the ball the distance, sidestepping a defender for the score.
We've filled the final spot on our practice squad, re-signing TE Jordan Leggett.
