Expect Roster Moves Soon

The Buccaneers have been hit with a multitude of injuries, and they keep on piling up. The secondary has taken a major hit, so expect some moves to be made shortly.
Bruce Arians: “With five guys down, yeah, we’re probably going to have to make some kind of roster move to get somebody in here,” Arians said. “We got [John] Battle, but he wasn’t ready to play, we’ll get him up to speed and we’ll get somebody else up to speed as fast as possible.” – Per Mark Cook of Pewter Report.
Justin Evans has been sidelined with a heel injury and is expected to return soon. When that will be is still unknown, but Evans seems to have reached full recovery despite still being listed on as PUP.
Mike Edwards is suffering a hip injury, and there is no timetable for his return while D’Cota Dixon has been placed on Injured Reserve with a shoulder issue. Additionally, Jamel Dean is suffering from a hip stinger.
The Buccaneers already signed UDFA and former LSU S John Battle on August 8th, but you can bet that more additions will be made over the next week.
