Cappa could win the battle for RG

1 min read

Last season, the right side of the Bucs O line was a major weakness, and this year that fact remains the same. During the offseason, they signed FA Earl Watford, but other than that, the roster remains pretty much the same, with Caleb Benenoch and second-year player Alex Cappa as the only other viable options- That could bode well for Cappa.

When the Bucs selected Cappa in the third round last year out of the small Humboldt State, where he dominated, coaches thought he might be another Ali Marpet, but that wasn’t the case. Cappa rarely saw the field last year, but shown some potential.

Now, there’s a new coaching staff and now, Cappa has a fresh start. It is make or break time for the second year gaurd. He has the skill set, but can he put it all together? We have yet to see.
