The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Mike Evans have reworked his contrasct which frees up an additional $3.22M in cap space.  Per Tom Pelissero, of NFL.com

The move will boost the cap to $8.359.943 which should be more than enough to sign Devin White and Jamel Dean. Mike Edwards recently signed his rookie contract, which will give him a  base salary of $495,000 and a signing bonus of $205,545. Edwards contract shows roughly what Dean will recive.

Mike Evans shows that he is willing to do what is necessary for the team to succed and will help in anyway he can. Kudos to you #13!
