Put some Respect on David’s Name!

When the top outside linebackers of the NFL you rarely hear Lavonte David’s name. Since entering the league in 2012 he is top 5 in combined tackles in the NFL only following Bobby Wagner and Luke Kuechly in that category. To go along with his career 884 tackles he has 18 forced fumbles tagging with 13 fumble recoveries.
I’m not sure why David does not get the love of LB’s he is constantly outplaying. Only theory I can come up with is that the Buccaneers have been so bad since he’s been there that he’s been an afterthought in the minds of NFL media and fans!
What else does Lavonte David have to do to get some RESPECT!?
