An NFL coaching staff has to have trust in each other for many situations. Bucs head coach Bruce Arians has the utmost confidence in defensive coordinator Todd Bowles as stated in the press conference yesterday: “Oh, a bunch. I trust Todd’s evaluation more than anybody’s and so, that was a big part of it” yesterday at camp.
Bowles has the head coaching experience to add too Arians trustworthiness. He can see certain situations, ideas, and such from the perspective of a head coach. Or have there own unique ways of doing things while trusting each other opinions. That’s the kind of bond that is needed. The previous coaching regimes lacked that kind of trust, which lead to all kinds of problems; like a miscommunication.
