Jameis Winston needs competition to become a better quarterback!
It’s difficult to live up to being the number one draft pick; there is so much pressure from within and from without.
The fact that he was settling in as, “the man” one year, to being benched the next and having off-field distractions leading to suspension, really makes me think that he needs to realize that his job is on the line!
The competition will do this.
If the Bucs were to bring in a rookie with star status, this could light the flame that he needs, for sure!
I like Winston and want him to succeed, but seriously, I want us to win, so if he can’t help us do that…. you know the next move.
