According to JoeBucsFan, who caught Bruce Arians on CBS Sports Radio, our head coach is more than satisfied with our offensive personnel. Based on what was said by our head coach, I’m led to believe that the offensive line is going to be the main focal point this offseason.

It’s pretty much a no brainer that we desperately need some help on the O-line, so I’d suspect that an offensive player is selected with the 5th pick of the 2019 NFL draft.

“There’s been issues with turnovers offensively, and some are technical, some are decisions. Those are things we have to correct with coaching,” Arians told CBS Sports Radio last week. “But as far as wide receivers, running backs, tight ends, skill players, oh my gosh, we’re loaded. We’ve gotta to work some up front. But there were times, you know, first game of the year they put up almost 50 in New Orleans. So there’s talent.  JoeBucsfan (Click for original article)

Let’s not kid ourselves, the defense will definitely need some serious attention, and Arians and Bowles know this, so that will be addressed in the draft and FA as well.

Considering we’ve heard all of this before and have been in “win-now-mode’ for the past few seasons, it just seems like something feels different this time. Maybe it’s me, or maybe it’s the complete overhaul of the regime, or maybe it’s just time that “win-now-mode” actually starts producing wins.
