According to a report from Aaron Wilson of ProFootBallNetwork, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are bringing in a quarterback prospect for tryouts on Saturday. The Buccaneers already have their quarterback of the present, Tom Brady, and they had recently re-signed the veterans Ryan Griffin and Blaine Gabbert, but they also have the 2021 second-round pick, Kyle Trask. But it seems that the Buccaneers are continuing to do due diligence and are bringing in former USF and Sickles Highschool quarterback Chris Oladokun out of South Dakota State.

Oladokun is a solid quarterback but not one to wow you. He is fully capable of running an offense and has an arm that can get the job done. He also can run, giving that extra threat when needed. However, when he is pressured, he folds up quickly most times. Like I said, I wouldn’t expect him to come into Tampa and wow anyone, and if on the off chance he does become part of the team, it will be after the draft, where he will compete in camp for a roster spot.

South Florida 2017-2018: 23 completions for 295 yards, 3 touchdowns, 1 interception.

During the 2021 season at South Dakota State, he threw 238 completions for 3,164, 25 touchdowns, and 7 interceptions. He also had 166 additional yards rushing and 2 touchdowns.
