Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians addressed the media following today’s walk-through “practice”. The Buccaneers’ head coach was asked if he had an update on how Ronald Jones’s ankle, he replied: “He’s in a boot; we will wait and see if he can run before the week is out.”

Practice will also be a “walk-through” on Thursday.

He was also asked if he had any idea on when some of the guys that have been out (Shaq Barrett, Jason Pierre-Paul, Lavonte David, Leonard Fournette) might be able to come back, maybe this week, he had encouraging, but it sounds like it won’t be this week, possibly next week. “Yeah, everybody is trending in the right direction. You know, we will wait and see as far as Lavonte, but he’s moving in the right direction – all those guys; for next week. We will worry about next week, next week. But they are all trending in the right direction.”

Coach was asked about Ke’Shawn Vaughn’s injury that he sustained during last week’s win against the New York Jets. ” Vaughn has bruised ribs. He is fine.”

The team has been banged up for the past few weeks but continues to find ways to win games. Whether or not the team gets back their injured players for Week 17, really doesn’t seem to be as necessary as it will be to have them back for the playoffs.
