Nothing in life is certain outside of Tom Brady winning Lombardi’s, and Mike Evans scoring touchdowns. Sunday could see history being made again by the 8th year wideout.

In what will be his 115th career game, Evans has the possibility to tie former Buc Mike Alstott as the franchise’s touchdown leader with 71. The Bucs who will be depleted at the receiver corps with Antonio Brown out, Chris Godwin is questionable, and the possibility of Scotty Miller returning from the IR list.

Evans, who has had prior success against Washington. While playing with a hyperextended knee suffered just six days prior to last season’s Wildcard Playoff Game, catching six passes for 119 yards, proving why he is the Bucs workhorse.

With a visit to the end zone on Sunday, Evans would join 4 Hall of Fame players in NFL history to have 8,500+ yards and 70+ touchdowns within their first 115 games. The other four players to have crossed this path have been Marvin Harrison, Randy Moss, Calvin Johnson, and Jerry Rice.

Stay tuned to Bucs Life Media as we keep a close eye on this record.
