The Buccaneers have designated Sean Murphy-Bunting and Scotty Miller to return from the Injured Reserve.

The team has opened the 21-day practice window for the pair to get back into the football shape over the next three weeks. However, they will remain on the IR until activated by the time the Buccaneers take on New York Giants on November 22nd. They both could be eligible to play as early as November 14th, when the Bucs take on the Washington Football Team on the 14th.

The Buccaneers are on a bye week which allows the team to rest up and bring back more guys from the Injured Reserve list over the next week.

The return of Sean Murphy-Bunting and Carlton Davis III, who suffered a hamstring injury in Week 4 in New England, should be announced within the week. It is one of the reasons why Tampa had not pushed to make any trades before the deadline — Richard Sherman should be ready to go also.

Scotty Miller suffered a severe case of turf toe against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 3, and Sean Murphy-Bunting suffered a nasty elbow injury in Week 1 in the season-opening win against the Dallas Cowboys. Both may be activated from the Injury Rerverve at any time within the 21-days. They are the first of 7 players designated to return.
