O.J. Howard is out per Bruce Arians today, along with Alex Cappa and Jack Cichy. Arians also said that there will be,

“a couple of guys will be game-time decisions, but they look like they’ll be ready to go. It was a really good week of preparation, and I’m excited to see us play.”

JPP looked good in practice today, but his status is not yet known. Arians said that,

“he was flying around good today. We’ll see what the doctor says this afternoon and see what happens. If the Doc says go, we’ll go.”

Certainly a far better situation than what was originally believed back in May. there is a possibility that JPP plays this Sunday. Bruce Arians is amazed by JPP’s recovery and is astounded by his ability to always be in shape.

“The one thing about the guy, he’s always in shape. It’s amazing. He’s absolutely amazing.”

If Jason Pierre-Paul can play this Sunday, he won’t be seeing a high number of stats. I’d believe he’d be somewhat limited.

“Yeah, he won’t get 90 snaps or anything like that. Hopefully, nobody on defense ever plays too many.”

With O.J. Howard out Antony Auclair will have to step it up. Arians said that Auclair has, “done a lot of the heavy work for us, and done a heck of a job. So, between Cam, Antony, and Tanner Hudson, we’ll see what happens.”

Tanner Hudson will make his debut on Sunday, and if he plays as he did in the preseason, he could find himself in rotation more often.
