With the Bye week in full swing, Tampa has gotten to work. They released LB Devante Bond, WR Bobo Wilson, and LB Demone Harris and RB Darius Jackson from the practice squad. In the wake of these moves, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed C Anthony Fabiano, WR Ishmael Hyman, and RB Aca’Cedric Ware to the practice squad. While they are not amazing moves, they are good for depth.
Jason Pierre-Paul has returned to practice, but is going up against practice squad guys, so these additions will certainly help him get back into football shape. The hope is that soon, he will be able to rejoin his teammates in regular practice next week and possibly play in his first game of the season in Nashville.
In addition to this, the Buccaneers have promoted WR Amara Darboh from the practice squad.
The 23-year old WR was waived by the Seattle Seahawks in September of 2019, and the Bucs snagged him up immediately. He sat on the practice squad until this week, and despite not having any NFL regular-season experience, Darboh will get his shot at special teams.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers have also re-signed LB Kahzin Daniels to the practice squad as well.
These are not the moves everyone wants to see, but there is still plenty of time left before the trade deadline on October 29th at 4 PM EST.
