Be the Best You, Jameis!

He works hard, practices and studies, he’s not perfect, but he is really good!
Many articles have been written about Hall of Fame quarterbacks who had plenty of interceptions.
Statistics can be misleading. Many variables factor in during a game like did the Q.B. make a bad throw? Did the receiver stop on the route, was he in the wrong place? None of that seems to matter to the average fan.
They see the number of picks and boldly proclaim that the player sucks.
Jameis wants to win, here is his take on that desire:
“I always come in like ‘Yeah, we’re going to have a good season,’ but I want to be about action,” he said, per Greg Auman of The Athletic. “I don’t care about the predictions. I don’t care about expectations. I want to be the best me every game. Coaching definitely helps, but they can only do so much. It’s up to the individual, and that’s me.”
So much plays into an NFL game. We want our Bucs to win and when we don’t, the quarterback is usually the scapegoat!
Let’s hope that we get more wins this season, but realize it is a team game and one guy will never be the only reason we win or lose.
Go Bucs!
