Devin Bush?

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a huge pick to make at number #5 in this year’s draft, which so far appears they will go the defensive route. The Athletic’s Greg Auman spoke with Bruce Arians about taking LSU’s Devin White with the number #5 pick, but Arians instead talked about Michigan’s Devin Bush.
Bush, who had an almost identical combine to Devin White is 5-foot-11 and 234 pounds, shocked the combine world by running the 40-yard dash in 4.43 seconds.
Bush is noted to be a tackling machine and good in coverage. The Buccaneers could use both of those skills which would blend perfectly with defensive coordinator Todd Bowles 3-4 defense.
The latest news has Tampa Bay making a trade for later picks that they made use to go after Devin Bush if he is still on the board, but #5 is a real possibility as well. Bruce Arians is noted as saying Devin Bush is special and that he wants an aggressive blitzing defense which Bush would fit right in. One thing is clear Bruce Arians is putting his team together like a puzzle. Let’s see who the next piece to the puzzle is.
