What I like about Bruce Arians so far is that he truly is a man of preparation!
From having extra coaches set aside for rookies and working on keeping important cogs on the team, he even has a grooming plan for potential replacements if need be.
Both Byron Leftwich and Todd Bowles have tutelage from working with him, and Bruce himself has sat under some of the football greats such as Bear Bryant and Chuck knoll!
We as hardcore Bucs fans really need to be patient and allow the process to take, let the gears grind, players and coaches gel.
His preparation is definitely a good sign of things to come!
