Bruce Arians to DeSean Jackson: Just Come Back, Brother.

After accepting his position as HC for the Buccaneers, Bruce Arians made it well known within the first week, that he wanted DeSean Jackson on his team. It was even rumored that he asked around for Jackson’s phone number to speak with him. So far, all we’ve heard is “We’ll see” when anyone asked Jackson about it. Until now. Arians spoke with TMZ sports very briefly and said that he and Jackson have finally spoken over the phone and are planning to meet in person in Tampa, sometime in the next week. Arians seems very optimistic about the prospect as well.

“It’s up to DeSean. He’s under contract, I love him. We’re going to meet next week and hopefully he wants to play.”

He also went on to talk about his appreciation for his skill in his own way.

“Just come back, brother. I love you, I know how good of a player you are. I’ve been playing against you forever.“

He also gave a final message to teams looking for an opportunity to sign him.

“He’s a Buc.”
