Now The Healing Begins

Cameron Brate had undergone surgery last week to repair a torn labrum in his hip. Now Brate will spend the better part of the spring rehabbing from the surgery.
After playing most of the 2018 season with the injury, he had to go under the knife to repair the tear and to remove fragments of bone that broke off from the wear and tear of being on the field.
The hope is that Brate will be back and ready to go by the time Minicamp rolls around this June. But the fact that remains that Brate being able to suffer through this excruciatingly painful injury shows a lot about his character and his will to compete.
Brate is an asset, and hopefully, he will recover quickly, however, these types of injuries can linger even after surgery, so fingers crossed that the surgeon had his best day on the job.
